The fire safe, corrosion inhibiting gasket

For use by engineers dealing with corrosion damaged flange faces, in challenging environments, which also require a fire-safe sealing solution such as hydrocarbon containing systems.

Using Thermiculite®, Flexitallic’s high temperature stable, fire resistant material; the FRG-FS is certified to API 6FB providing assurance of its integral fire-safe nature together with the ability to seal damaged flanges.

• Has been subjected to, and passed, the stringent and essential API 6FB fire test which involves testing the gasket in its entirety, not just components.
